Our staff is available around the clock to meet you or your loved one's needs. If those needs change, we are with you every step of the way. The services we offer, combined with hospice services, home health services, and on-site visiting physisicans give you the peace of mind you need to live life as you please!

Medication Administration

At Bulverde Assisted Living, our resident’s medications and care plans are constantly tracked by specialized staff allowing the pharmacy on record to make changes quickly and accurately through our system. As such, we help coordinate the care residents need from geriatric specialists, home health and other healthcare professionals.

Nutritious meals

Our team of chefs is skilled at creating nutritionally balanced meals. We provide 3 meals per day (breakfast, lunch and dinner), our staff also prepares food depending on each residents diet restrictions or preference whether they are vegetarian, vegan, diabetic or a low-cab diet

Activities

Staying active is a priority at Bulverde Assisted Living! Our daily activities coordinator and volunteers address the physical and emotional needs of our residents throughout the week, there's something different every day!

24 Hour Care

Our experienced staff is always ready for anything our residents may need. Our team is made uo by Registered Nurses, Licenced Vocational Nurses, Medical Technicians and Caregivers round the clock!

Rooms

Our facility has private and semi-private rooms available for your preference. We also welcome couples to transition to assisted living together.

House Keeping

Cleaning, linen and personal laundry done when needed!
